PRICING (effective 9/1/2006)

The current cost of a basic website including everything above is $250. Maintenance costs after the site is set up $25/hour, however, if you are not making any changes after that (for example if you are not putting real estate listings on your site), it may not be necessary to pay to have it maintained. Prices are subject to change. You should check this page or contact us to find current rates when you are ready to get your website. Additional work beyond what is included in a basic site can be done at an hourly rate of $25 per hour. Maintenance on sites not designed by us will be done at a rate of $30 per hour.

The cost of a custom website is $300 for the first 10 hours of work, and $25 for each additional hour. Prices will vary depending on features included in the site and amount of maintenance required.
