Part A: Basic Sites

1.  A Basic site does not include animation or any interactive features.

2.  For a basic site, any lengthy text or any changes must be written by the website owner and submitted by e-mail.  DO NOT format the e-mail.  There is no point putting in Tabs or other positioning because it will not transfer to the e-mail and to the website.  Real Estate agents and some other sites may use pre-written text provided by us, however, we reserve ownership of the copyright on said text and reserve the right to use it again in other websites.  Sample text can be seen by clicking on the buttons to the left for Buyer Services, Seller Services and Relocation.  All listing descriptions must come from the agent (sent by e-mail as described above) and comply with all federal, state and local fair housing laws and regulations.

3.  None of the buttons are mandatory.  Free Real Estate Quiz is normally linked to yourdailyquiz.com, which is probably the most detailed free site on the Internet to help people get a real estate license.  Weather, Area Info and Mortgage Info can link to other sites, but should open to a new window to comply with copyright laws, unless you have permission to place a site within a frame.  There is no pre-written text for these topics, although you can provide text through e-mail.

Part B: Additional Options

1.  Cost of writing copy depends on amount of work requested.  We will provide a quote prior to performing any work.

2.  Anything not listed may be considered an additional option.  If you are not certain, ask us prior to purchasing any website or services.  Price of such services will be determined by the amount of work needed to be done.

Part C: General Terms and Conditions

1.  We reserve the right to refuse or decline business at any time for any reason.  (Don’t take it personally.  Sometimes we just don’t want to take on more work than we can handle.)

2.  We will not open any attachments unless you are expressly told we will do so.  Once you have purchased a site through us, photos may be e-mailed as a J-Peg (.jpg, .jpeg) or bitmap (.bmp) file only or sent by mail.
